Food & Drink * Grill the Perfect Cheeseburger

The perfect cheeseburger starts with quality hamburger meat, a tangy sharp cheddar cheese and an evenly heated grill.


You will need 1/4 pound of meat per hamburger. Salt and pepper the ground beef then mix together. Using your hands form meat into patties. Once on the grill press the center of the hamburgers to create a slight indentation. This will insure the meat cooks evenly. Grill hamburgers until the meat is turning brown around the sides. This will help your hamburgers stay together when flipping over. Grill to desired doneness.

Slice cheese into squares the size of the hamburgers. Turn the heat down on grill to low. Place cheese on hamburgers then close grill lid. Allow cheese to melt. Serve. Your guests will love your perfect cheeseburgers. Happy eats!
